The YellowRiverBooks.com is commited to excellent customer service. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your merchandise please follow the guidelines below. All merchandise ordered must be returned within 14 days of the ship date printed on the packing slip. Unless stated otherwise (i.e. items listed as non-returnable). All merchandise must be received in new, salable condition for a replacement or credit to be issued. In the case of a refund, credit will only be issued to the account that was used to place the order. DVDs and CDs are non-returnable if opened, however defective merchandise may be replaced (see below).

ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. No returns shall be accepted unless you contact us first and receive a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for prepaying the shipping charges for all returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price of those items, less shipping charges. WRONG ITEM. We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that is the incorrect item. Shipping is refundable only if the wrong merchandise results from an error by the YellowRiverBooks.com. If you made a mistake or have changed your mind, then you must pay for all shipping charges when returning the order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. We will propmtly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that you receive that is damaged or defective. We will credit the account used to place the order for the cost of return shipping upon receipt of the damaged or defective merchandise at our location.

An original receipt or packing slip is required with all returns. Be sure to include the reason for the return or exchange. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number for future reference since the YellowRiverBooks.com can not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
